- Your Collector Club membership will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
- Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable if canceled before the end of the annual term.
- Your membership will automatically renew after 12 months and the credit card used at purchase will be charged. You’ll receive email reminders prior to renewal.
- ¹ For 'Submission Discounts', no coupons are needed; they will automatically applied. Please also note your shipping address at checkout must match your address on your club account for security purposes.
- ² Master Memberships: your additional coupons are emailed monthly on the same date as your membership purchase day; if you purchased on the 29th, 30th, or 31st your coupons will be emailed on the 28th of each month. Coupons are valid for 30 days.
- ² Apprentice Memberships: your additional coupons will be emailed in 90, 180 and 270 days from your membership purchase date. Coupons are valid for 30 days.
- FREE 30-Day Express upgrades are valid for one item per upgrade and expire 30 days after issuance. Discount will apply to the lowest 30-Day Turnaround in your cart.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts; however, you may use a promotional code if its discount exceeds your Collector Club discount.
- One Coupon Per Order — you can only use one coupon per order. If you have multiple coupons, submit multiple orders.
- Your Collector Club membership is tied to your CAS account and the email address used at purchase. Orders must be shipped to the address on your account.
