At CAS, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the quality of our merchandise and the level of service we provide. If you are unhappy with a purchase of an in-stock item (as opposed to an item we graded and/or cased up for you and sent back to you) and wish to return an item to us, please review our return policy. We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all in-stock items as outlined below. The 14-day clock begins to run the date you receive your items. We must receive back the item(s) you wish to return – in accordance with our policy – within 14 days thereafter for the return request to be honored.

Graded or Archived Items: Any items submitted to CAS for Grading or Archiving Services are considered custom items, and are non-returnable unless there are defects in the fabrication of the acrylic case.

If you wish to return an item to us, please call or email us with the invoice number and the reason for the return. One of our customer service representatives will then contact you with return instructions.
 
Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless CAS has determined that the return is based on a defective product, in which case CAS will pay for the return shipping costs. CAS recommends using tracking and insurance on all returned items as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of a returned item while in transit from you back to us. Once your item is returned to CAS, we will process your refund typically within one week less the original shipping and/or service charges.
