When will I be charged for my Collector Club membership?
You’ll be charged the full membership price at the time of purchase.
How long does my Collector Club membership last?
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is my membership refundable if I cancel early?
Collector Club memberships are non-refundable if canceled before the end of the annual term.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your credit card will be automatically charged for renewal after 12 months.
You’ll receive email reminders prior to renewal so there are no surprises.
How do FREE 30-Day Express upgrades work?
Each FREE 30-Day Express upgrade is valid for one individual item and expires 30 days after it’s issued. Discount will apply to the lowest 30-Day Turnaround in your cart.
- Master Memberships: your additional coupons are emailed monthly on the same date as your membership purchase day; if you purchased on the 29th, 30th, or 31st your coupons will be emailed on the 28th of each month.
- Apprentice Memberships: your additional coupons will be emailed in 90, 180 and 270 days from your membership purchase date.
Can I combine my Collector Club discount with other promotions?
- Submission discounts cannot be combined with other submission discounts.
- However, if a promotion code offers a greater discount than your Collector Club discount, you may use the promotion code instead.
- Turnaround time promotions can be combined with your Collector Club membership benefits.
Do my discounts apply to shipping or insurance?
Collector Club discounts do not apply to shipping charges or delayed value insurance.
Is my membership tied to my account?
Yes. Your Collector Club membership is tied to your CAS account and the email address used at purchase.
